Dear Customers,

We sincerely apologize to all for the delay in delivery of the products you ordered with us.
Unfortunately, November has been a rough month.
First we had Holidays in India at the origin postal service. Then, the first week of November elections in USA affected all international orders due to security reasons and last week a storm in New York affect flights and add more days behind. After all this, we were flooded with a large number of orders being delayed and that add time on processing orders at customs.

We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. But after we sent the orders and they reach destination country we can not do much more.
You can be sure orders are shipped, because when we sent the email with tracking number that means we have left the item at the postal service to be ship and if you see information at the USPS website that means the order has reached destination country otherwise it would say “Invalid tracking number” and not information at all.

We are grateful to all our customers for your commitment towards us but we must be patience because orders will be delivered.

Once again we apologize to you for all the inconveniences.
